My underwater camera system

In June 2007 I upgraded to dSLR and currently use the following system:

-         Nikon D200

-         Subal ND20 housing

-         Nikon D12-24mm wide angle lens and dome port

-         Nikkor 60mm macro lens and flat port

-         2 x Inon Z-240 strobes

-         Inon arm system

I have bought all my housings, strobes, arms, connectors and other assorted necessities from Ocean Optics in London. Along the way I have had much good advice from Steve and Mark, who are always ready to discuss the most appropriate options with no pressure or hard sell.

Previously I used the following compact system (which was used for the photos in the gallery from Lembeh 2007):

-         Olympus 5050Z

-         PT-015 housing

-         Inon D180 strobe

-         Inon UWL-100 wide angle lens

-         Inon Dome Port for UWL-100

-         Inon UCL-165 close-up lens attachment

-         UR-PRO cyan colour correction filter

I accumulated this system between 2003 and 2007 (starting with just the camera and housing) and also purchased all except the camera from Ocean Optics.
